Before we begin to attack a weight loss program, it pays to remember this, you are not fat, you have fat. Losing weight isn’t about to blame or shame, it’s simply another achievement to accomplish, like training for race or finally cracking out to 10 push ups, weight loss program or dieting is like any other skill you have to buckle down and work at it.

One good news is that water retention that increases the body weight is the problem which can be solved very soon and near about 1-1.5 kg weight and some times more than that weight comes down very soon, now we can see that the main culprit is body’s fat against which we have to fight. one more thing we need to know is that the more muscle mass we have more healthier we are.

How will I get my diet plans?
After you have completed your profile and enrolled into the service, a phone call will be scheduled between us and you will consult over the phone with me. Afterwards, weekly phone calls will be scheduled.
Weekly diet plans will be accessible on this website for viewing and download and will also be emailed to you.
How are your diets like ?
First of all, do not think of it as if you are dieting. We are against dieting. Its not dieting. Dieting is when you are deprived of certain foods and you restrict your calorie intake so much that you lose weight. This results in other side effects to your body including hair loss, body weakness and general fatigue. We believe in healthy eating. Our diet plans are desgined to assist you integrate healthy eating in your lifestyle. You do not have to restrict yourself too much and you do not have to starve yourself.
We do NOT believe in nor do we provide the so called cabbage soup diet, soya diet, ice cream diet, paneer diet, GM diet, blood group diet, etc. These are all fad diets; and the terms are famous just because of the marketing strategies used by someone to sell services. Although one might lose weight quickly by following such fad diets, but they can be dangerous in the long run. Balanced diet is the key. We do not promote quick weight loss diets as they are unhealthy and results are not permanent.
Its my promise that if you follow the diet plan for some time, not only you will lose fat, but you will start to feel overall healthy, you will feel lighter in the mornings, you will feel more energetic.
Do you guarantee weight loss?
Dear friend, we are not selling a product. It's something you have to guarantee yourelf that you will be committed to the diet plan along with some type of physical activity or just regular walk.
Do I have to do anything else except following the diet?
Physical activity is a must. It can be walk, brisk-walk, cycling, jogging, cardio, gyming, skipping or anything else. However, typically you are only required to walk daily for atleast 45 minutes.

This website has been designed specifically for this purpose. You will be able to record your weight and body measurements and monitor your progress very easily in the Trackers section.
How much it costs and how to pay?

You can pay online using any debit/credit card, net banking or bank transfer.
Your phone consultation appointment will be scheduled within 24-48 hours of receiving the payment and you will receive an automated SMS and email with confirmation. Your 1st diet plan (with all instructions) will be accessible to you on the eClinic website and emailed to you as well usually within 5 hours of your phone consultation.
Note that due to the nature of services provided, no refund is provided, under any circumstances.
If you interrupt or stop the ongoing programme for any reason (such as pregnancy, illness, holidays and so on), no refund may be granted to you. Likewise, any sums in respect of this Programme that are not yet paid shall remain due.
